About the founder

Pacific Natural Sales was founded by Steve Waker, a graduate from Oregon State University with an M.B.A. He began working in the Natural Food industry in 1972. After working in different levels of the industry, Steve and his wife, Jan, decided to open a brokerage. In 1985 they co-founded Pacific Natural Sales. Steve and Jan value envisioned a company that feels like a family. To this day their daughters are involved in different aspects of the business.

Steve passed away April 3, 2006. But his legacy lives on in those three beliefs that are listed above. He pledged Loyalty, Honesty and Integrity to his family, friends, business partners and anyone he met. Pacific Natural Sales remembers those qualities everyday in our business transactions and relationships.
